It’s easy to think you need all the products to produce a beautiful card. You don’t! I only had 1 product and still had surprising results for this Christmas card.

The only product I had was the Christmas Cart add-on from Honeybee stamps. No stencil, no stamp, NO CART – let’s think outside the box.

Starting from the background, I would have never guessed this poppy colored background from my stash would work so well. It was an unexpected surprise match and so sweet. With my scan and cut (or if you have a cricut that would work) I made a stencil to create the background.
The sentiment was a purchased product years ago and was chosen from my sentiment album. I’ll do a post on that at a later time.

After coloring all the bits that decorate the cart with alcohol markers I needed a cart. The set had a wheel so all I needed was cut rectangles. I broke down the cart in shapes and cut the rectangles out by hand on a piece of scrap paper. Once everything was the size I wanted, I drew around the pattern pieces on cardstock, cut out, colored and assembled. Note the roof is just a rectangle with 2 angled cuts. EASY!

Finishing touches: Wreath – Bow has glossy accents and red Nuvo drops. String of lights have glossy accents. Cake has glossy accents with clear glitter and ornaments are topped with clear Nuvo glitter drops.

As always, I lined the card with stationary paper and stamped the sentiment.
