A special Birthday card or any occasion that’s elegant, unique and fast to make! For those that need to make some cards in bulk, this formula will be a go-to.

The key to bulk card-making is organization and preparation. For each step you will be building muscle memory and the more you make, the faster you will be.

Creation

Adding the special touches to the card is key. I used linen-look textured card stock for the panels. There are many sites that will allow you to download free .png files. I just did a search for free floral download files and found many. On your computer, you can use a graphics program or even Microsoft Word to create a document and insert the graphic. I printed two identical documents. Both printed on the linen card stock and cut one panel down to size. I rounded two of the corners for interest.

On the second panel I planned where the cutout flower would go and cut a flower and greenery with floral spellbinders dies from the area of the image that I wanted to add the floral cuts. Now all you have to do is stamp and assemble.

I stamped the greeting directly on the panel. Using nylon twine from the hardware store, I separated the strands and wrapped around the front panel securing with tape. Then, with inexpensive fun foam, I popped up the panel gluing to another textured panel. Now you would carefully line up the die cuts, matching the pieces to the background image. Attach to the card base, add some embellishments and you’re done! Clean and Simple!
